LibraryDiva returned from Thanksgiving with a Christmas tree in tow. She is determined to engender some Christmas spirit around the apartment. So she forced me to join her in the living room to help her put up the tree. Okay, okay…so maybe she said that all I would have to do is help sort branches and keep her company and watch Transformers…

Add the top section of the tree…
Behold the glory that is the DivaStan Christmas tree. It will look better once we’ve added ornaments and the star…And just what were our resident fuzzy punks doing during our thrilling evening of tree construction? Well I’ll show you…
Thing One spent a few minutes sniffing the branches that were waiting to be removed from the box…
And then decided to sit in the empty tree box for a while.
Thing Two spent some time sitting in the empty ornament box…
And then checked out the tree box…
And wandered down to the far end of the box to pose for a picture being taken by the LibraryDiva (hence the residual ‘flash’ light effect at the bottom of the picture)…
And then wandered back down to the other end of the box to sit for a while.
The Interloping Midget sniffed the decorations…
And then sniffed the tree…
And then lost interest…
And fell asleep.

Yeah, I need to finish putting the ornaments on the tree. Five just don't cut it. And of course I get distracted! It's Leo from AMC!!
