And Just What Does That Say About Me?

Well, boys and girls....we have SPAM!!! Yes! Blissfully Unaware is now receiving spam through 'comments.' I don't know if I'm excited about this (cause it means traffic has increased and spam has followed) or horrified (cause OMFG! SPAM!).

Thank goodness there is such a thing as 'Comment Moderation' which prevents these little nuggets of broken English and foreign language from actually appearing where you, my lovely readers, get to see them. So far there hasn't been anything X rated but I have had some seriously strange propositions...so yeah, I think I'll leave my security and privacy settings as high as I can manage. I just see it as further proof that my tendency to give my friends and family nicknames is a seriously good policy.

For the most part though, the spam just makes me laugh as I hit the 'REJECT' button.

A Message From The Midget

"Could you...

...please...

...if it's not..

...if it wouldn't be...

...too...

...much...

...trouble...

...could you...

...please...

...stop by DivaStan...

...and take the...

...camera...

...away...

...from her...

...even...

...if only for...

...five...

...minutes!

I'd really...

...appreciate it."

The DivaGod-Daughter Strikes Again!

The DivaGod-Daughter, the most awesome kid on the planet, takes classes at a local dance studio. You may recall that I've mentioned something similar before??

Yes, well, it's dance recital time again! The theme of the winter show was the elements...meaning I had to sit through 90 minutes of earth, air, and fire before we finally got to water...the part of the show where Diva God-Daughter was performing. Now, you might be wondering just how a six year old can use modern dance to express 'water.' The answer is with a lot of swaying, stomping, and frowning. Because my lovely god-daughter was portraying an 'angry raindrop.'

That would be her...the 'angry raindrop' on the end.

Disgustingly adorable, isn't it?
Yeah, I know.

The Diva God-Daughter...the future super star.
